Jammu Nov 28: Police today apprehended five persons and recovered a sharp edged weapon from their possession during naka checking at Main Bazar R.S Pura here today, police said. According to police reports, R S Pura Police during naka checking at Main Bazar R.S Pura, intercepted a group of five persons for their suspicious movement. "During their frisking police recovered a sharp edged weapon, Toka, from Ricky S/O Harneek Singh R/O R. S. Pura who was one among the group, police said. The arrested have been identified namely as Ricky, Ramnik, Vicky, Nayak, Janti all R/O R.S Pura, police said, adding, "all the accused have taken into Police custody on the spot. A case FIR No 212/13 U/S 4/25-A Act has been registered at P/S R S Pura and investigation of the case is going on. |
