Jammu, Jan 14: A delegation of Kailash Sewa Sangh Bhaderwah led by Ravi Mahajan, Chairman Jammu Vikash Partyan Mandal called on Y V Sharma, President Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI) Jammu and the office bearers to apprise them about issues related to the yatra and sought their cooperation in redressal by taking up issue to concerned quarters. During the discussion, the delegation raised the issue of soft loans for the conversion of Houses into the Paying Guest Houses, Provision for Gondola from Gurdana to Sonabain glaciers to attract tourist, connectivity of Jai Valley and Gandoh Tehsil and Bhaderwah to Seojvia Mathola, Road connectivity Hanga-Noori, Provision for Ski activities in Padri valley as well as construction of golf course be explored and allotment of counters at the Railway Station, Jammu and TRC, Railway Station, Jammu for travel trade association of Bhaderwah be considered. Other demands raised during the meeting included Bhaderwah Festival be organized in more innovative manner giving wide publicity in print and electronic media and Promotion of Kailash Yatra to bring it on religious tourism map of state and nation as well.
