Jammu, Feb 18: All India Jats Mahasabha J&K today applauded UPA Govt. decision on one rank one person demand. According to press release, Ch Manmohan Singh, President All India Jats Mahasabha, J&K today applauded UPA Govt. decision on one rank oneperson demand. "The long standing demand of ex-servicemen for one rank one pension was accepted by the govt. and announced in the interim budget. Also the govt. presented Rs.500 Crore to be transferred to the defense pension account for the implementation of OROP scheme", he said.
Appreciating, Prime Minister S.Manmohan Singh, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, Jenab G.N Azad and mostly congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, who came true to his promise to the delegation of ex-servicemen from Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab, who called on to Rahul Gandhi regarding the OROP policy. |
