Residents of Ellaqa demands SDM office 2/19/2014 12:02:12 AM Early Times Report Kulgam, Feb 18 : Residents of Ellaqa today demanded from chief minister Omar Abdullah to establish SDM office at Devsar district Kulgam. According to press release, Residents of Ellaqa said that in connection with administrative units Devsar has been ignored to establish SDM office, while as other tehsil headquarters include Tral, Kokernag has been granted the status of Sub district.
