Jammu, Feb 18: The Director General of Police (DGP) Ashok Prasad has ordered transfers and postings of Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors with immediate effect.
The DGP has also ordered adjustment of recently promoted Inspectors including Rajesh Jasrotia to be adjusted at PTS Kathua, Dilraj Singh to Kashmir Zone, Nishad Ahmad to CID and Behari Lal to Security.
Consequent upon this, in the interest of administration, the DGP has also ordered transfers and postings of various Inspectors and Sub Inspectors. Virender Gupta has been transferred from Jammu Zone to CID, Arvind Kumar Jammu Zone to STC Talwara, Vijay Singh Choudhary Jammu Zone to CID, Naiz-ul-Hussain Jammu Zone to Vigilance, Manjeet Singh Vigilance to Jammu Zone, Bandeshwar Singh PTSK to Jammu Zone, Sajjad Ahmed CID to Jammu Zone, Aejaz Ahmed Crime to Jammu Zone, Abdul Rashid Mir Vigilance to Kashmir Zone, Mohammed Rafi Vigilance to PHQ, Abdul Hamid Dar Vigilance to CID, Qazi Syed Mehmood Vigilance to PHQ, Abdul Aziz Vigilance to Kashmir Zone, Abdul Hamid Dar Vigilance to Traffic, Nisar Ahmed Vigilance to Traffic, Saleem Qureshi Kashmir Zone to Vigilance, Mohammed Amin Kashmir Zone to Vigilance, Showkat Abdullah Kashmir Zone to Vigilance, Tahir Yousaf Jammu Zone to Vigilance.
