Kathua, Feb 18 : Members of civil society today formed Aam Janta Party (AJP), a new political organization to combat the present political system of the state as well as country. Addressing a press conference, here today Ravail Singh, Convener, AJP would be a trustworthy political organastion for the masses of state and centre as well. He said, "The AJP will work for the uplift-ment of the common masses through its political motivation, Social equalism, Women empowerment, Security, Eradication of unemployment, Reservation on the bases of economic condition, Eradication of social evils and some other issue will be priority of party." He claimed that J&K and union governments have been failed on all fronts to address the public grievances and the given the misgovernance that led the huge revenue corruption, harassment of common man, unemployment, poverty, women violence and several other henious crime. He said that the AJP was the challenge for the corrupt and undemocratic political set up of the country. Founder members of party are Rohit Bhat, Rekha Bandral, Nirmal Singh, Vijay kumar, Munish kumar, Dr. Narinder Sharma. |
