Narco smuggler held alongwith 4 Kgs of charas 2/25/2014 11:54:38 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 25: Police today claimed to have arrested one narcotics smuggler and recovered four kgs of contraband (charas) during a naka checking in the locality falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Nowabad. A case in this regards stands registered at concerned police station. "While on patrolling duty in Tawi area intercepted one pedestrian Jewan Singh S/o Rewal Singh R/o Hala Danrantran Ramban who was roaming in suspicious circumstances near Tawi Bridge, police said. Police said, "On his personal frisking, police team recovered 4 Kgs of Charas from his possession which he had brought illegally from Ramban for further supply in Jammu City.
