JK Montessorie Sr Sec School holds debate competition

Jammu, Feb 25: JK Montessorie Sr. Sec. School organized a inter-class debate competition in its school premises.
In the competition , about more than 200 students participated from senior group and junior group.
In Senior group, the topic of the debate was "use, misuse and abuse of a Mobile." The participants spoke in a neck to neck competition where each tried to outshine the other to best of his /her ability. The winners of the event namely Shivam, Akash, Ankit and Himanshu spoke in favour of use of mobile while Aryan Mantoo, Ananya and Ruchika spoke against the use of mobile.
Mean while, In Junior group, The topic of the extempore was "value of Regularity and punctuality in the student life." Punctuality is kin to regularity means time. Those students who took part in the event and put forth their views on the topics and eroded the childhood of today generation. The winners of the event were Sushain Pandita, Manveer ,Khushi and Haripriya respectively.
Later on, the participation certificates were distributed to the participating students by Managing director of the institute Mr. Sanjeev Gupta and appreciated the efforts of the students as well the parents and also said that aim of the competition was to create awareness among the students.
