DB directs Commissioner/ Secretary Health to appear in person PIL regarding transplant of Organs 3/3/2014 10:53:58 PM ET Report Jammu, Mar 3 (JNF): In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Smile Social Youth Club J&K raising an important issue of regarding facilities of State for organ transplant, Division Bench (DB) of State High Court today directed Commissioner/Secretary Health & Medical Education Department to remain present on March 10 to explain why the directions issued by the court have not been complied. Division Bench comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar today observed that neither order has been complied with nor any appear to explain the reason for not filling the status report regarding the facility of organ transplant are available or not.
