| Man booked u/s 377 CrPC | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 3: Police have booked a man for doing unnatural sex with a minor on Monday in a locality falling under Miran Sahib Police Station, police said. A case under section 377 stands registered against the accused. "Following written complaint from family members of the girl a resident of Simbal Morh alleging one Gurmeet Singh lured their minor (girl) and took her to an isolated place where he had done unnatural sex with the girl," the police said. Police also said that a case in this connection has been registered u/s 377 of RPC in Miran Sahib Police Station while the medical examination of the girl has been got conducted and reports are awaited.
