| Inner Wheel Jammu organizes function | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 3: Inner Wheel, Jammu today organized a meeting cum function on visit of its district Chairman Nancy Verma at Jammu Club.
President Kamal Sudan welcomed the chairman, Nancy Verma, Inner Wheel members and the guests. Club Secretary Meena Jaggi read the Club report and told about the number of projects undertaken by the club during the year and also discussed about the new projects to take place in future. Nancy Verma lauded the works done by the club and emphasized more to be done for the women and girl child especially. She also said that to save girl child, education of the girls is very important for the society.
In the meeting Preeti Gandhok donated to a needy lady namely Preet Kour blankets and Rs 5000 in cash, towards one year school fees for the girl child. A table fan was also given to her by the Inner Wheel Club. |
