JAMMU, Mar 3: A full court reference on the sad demise of Bhupinder Singh Jamwal, Advocate, High Court of J&K, was held at Jammu wing of the High Court here today. Chief Justice expressed heartfelt condolence and sympathies with the members of bereaved family. He said Jamwal was a kind personality and a gentleman par excellence. This all is reflected from the life sketch of this great soul. He said the departure of Jamwal, from this planet has created a vacuum and has caused an irreparable loss to the legal fraternity particularly. His memories will always linger in our minds. Senior Advocates, Members of Bar Association, Jammu, Judicial Officers, the Law Officers and Officers of this court attended. Basotra, Learned Senior Additional Advocate General offered the condolences and stated that Jamwal was a very competent, articulate lawyer and was admired by colleagues for his qualities of heart. Bhardwaj, President, Bar Association, Jammu while offering the condolences stated that late Jamwal was very helpful to colleagues especially to juniors. He always put across his incisive arguments with dedication. Our minute's silence was also observed as a mark of respect to the departed soul. |
