Vijaypur/Samba , Mar 28: JKNPP president of the party Balwant Singh Mankotia MLA, candidate for the Jammu Lok-Sabha seat while addressing a rally at Vijaypur launched a scathing attack on the ruling UPA alliance in the centre and NC-Congress alliance in the state for spreading corruption and unemployment besides pursuing the policy of discrimination with the people of Jammu region. He made an appeal to the people of the state to elect the Panthers Party candidates for the Lok Sabha from this state including Bhim Singh from Udhampur, Hari Chand Jalmeria adv. from Jammu and Syed. Mohd Rafiq Shah from Baramulla. This would provide an opportunity to the Panthers Party to project the long pending issues of the people of this state particularly of the Jammu Pradesh in the Parliament. Hari Chand Jalmeria in his address said that Congress has been the root cause of corruption, unemployment and miserable life of the common people of this country. He also said that the Congress and the NC have played a key role in dividing the people of this state particularly the Gilgities, Paharies, Dogras and Gujjars whose families suffered unwanted division in 1947. He further said that had the sheikh and Nehru allowed the Indian Army to re-captures the areas occupied by Pakistan, the geography of the state would had been different and people would not have been suffered. He criticized the new recruitment policy of the NC-Congress alliance government whereby they have provided for only 3500/- rupees per month to the qualified new recruits where as the ministers and legislators have increased their salaries to two fold from Rs. 40,000/00 to 80,000/-. The corruption in the state has risen to alarming height where ministers of the ruling coalition and their henchmen have made fortunes. Jalmeria appealed the people to vote for electing him to the Parliament so that he is enable to raise the important pending issues of the people of the state in the Lok Sabha. Yashpal Kundal in his impressive speech highlighted the achievements of the panthers party legislators in the Assembly as well as outside the Assembly. He emphasized that the people of Jammu province would solidly stand with panthers party and elect both Bhim Singh and Hari Chand Jalmeria to the Lok Sabha which would change the discourse in the Parliament with respect to Jammu and Kashmir state as well as the common people of this country who have been crushed under corruption, unemployment and price rise during the ongoing current UPA rule for the last ten years. |
