Jammu, Apr 1 : A 34 year-old tour manager working with a Bombay based Tour and Travel Company was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Jhelum resorts on Tuesday.
"The deceased has been identified as Satish Pal (35) son of Umesh Chander of Ahmdabad, police said. "During preliminary investigation it was found that deceased was working as 'manager' of Heena Tour and Travel Bombay and had come here as Tour Manager with some clientele of the company, said a police official while adding, "he was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the room at Jhelum Hotel, Jammu.Police said that staff of the hotel after not getting response from the room rented by Satish informed the police. "After getting the information, police immediately reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) for autopsy, police said.Police said that no suicide note was recovered from the room however, a case in this connection stands registered while further investigation is on. |
