Saahil Suhail Anantnag, Apr 1: Stating that New Delhi treats Jammu and Kashmir mainstream politicians as holy cows, People's Democratic Party president and nominated candidate for Anantnag Parliamentary constituency, Mehbooba Mufti alleged that law too gets biased when time to implement it in the state approaches. Mehbooba Mufti after filling her nomination papers told media while responding to a question that Mohd Yousf Bhat had threatened to reveal more secrets related with Haji Yousf Killing, she said, " Very Unfortunately the law applicable in rest of the country doesn't get implemented here . Killers like Bhullar will get relief; Charges against Dr Farooq Abdullah in Jammu Kashmir cricket scam aren't being even discussed but Kalmadi gets jail. Similarly a young man (Haji Yousf) went inside the house of chief minister to discuss his financial dispute but he comes out in worst position and dies, had such incident taken place in any other Chief Minister's house, he would have resigned. A molestation case took place, involving a sitting minister, but he invoked his nationalism by saying he has never talked separatism and got the relief. To sum up, it seems New Delhi treats Jammu Kashmir main stream politicians as holy cows and believes that whatever they do, they should not be touched." She said that in this country Killers of Rajiv Gandhi got some sort of pardon but because of National Conference and Congress, Afzal Guru was picked up from 28 serial number and was hanged.
