Early Times Report Srinagar, Apr 1 : Jammu and Kashmir High Court today issued bailable warrant against Managing Director JKPCC for non-compliance of order issued last year. Hearing a contempt petition, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey observed that despite opportunities granted, the respondents have failed to comply with order on 10 May 2013, constraining the court to adopt coercive method to secure presence of the MD JKPCC so that the queries of the court are answered. "Accordingly in order to secure presence of the respondent no.1 (MD JKPCC), let bailable warrant in the tune of Rs 10000 go against him to be executed by IGP Jammu. "The court was hearing a contempt petition for non-compliance of order regarding alteration in date of birth of the petitioner in light of medical board recommendation. Meanwhile, a single bench comprising of Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued bailable warrant against Commissioner Secretary Technical Education & Youth Service and Sports Department for non-compliance of a Division Bench judgment passed in 2012 regarding appointment of the petitioner, as physical education teacher. In this regard, the court directed SSP Jammu to execute the warrant. |
