JAMMU, Apr 1: In carrying out Congress campaign from village to village MLA and President Pradesh Mahila Congress Indu Pawar held a number of meetings in Marh, Kalasey Chak, and Flora Haramkund. During the meetings she appealed voter to vote for Congress party candidate for maintenance of peace, stability and pace of Development works for every Indian. Main aim of Congress is to maintain secular character, empower weaker sections, equitable development of nation without any discrimination in caste creed, religion or gender basis. Vote for Congress in this election will be a vote for development. New manifesto of our party is very clear and our party will meet all the programmes envisaged under our great and able leadership. She asked grass root workers to undertake door to door campaign also so that we are able to maintain our contact with the person who due to some other reasons have not been able to attend our meetings. |
