Jammu, Apr 1: Some burglars broke into a jewelers shop at Shastrinagar Monday night and decamped with around one and half kg silver, police sources said.
Quoting the complainant the owner of shop, Police source said, "Complainant in his compliant stated when he as per routine came to open his shop in the morning to his surprise he found the locks of shop broken and items scattered all around. After seeing this, he immediately reported the matter to police, police sources said. Police sources further said that complainant has stated that burglars had decamped with approximately 1.50 kg silver from the shop.
A case in this connection has been registered and further investigation is on. |
