Bhaderwah, May 19: Bhadarwah Hospital Bachao Front (BHBF) has criticized Hospital authorities for not implementing High Court's Order wherein the State Health Department has been asked to provide round the clock emergency services in the Old Hospital complex Bhadarwah while disposing off a PIL filed by the Front .
