Uttamto take over as SSP Jammu 6/24/2014 12:00:31 AM Early Times Report Jammu, June 23: After getting clearance from Ministry of Home Affairs, SSP AtulGoel ,who was performing his duty as SSP Jammu is all set to join National Investigating Agency (NIA). Meanwhile, aware of the fact, Home Department has given charge of theSSP Jammu to Uttam Chand. Sources said that Uttam Chand ,an IPS officer of 2002 batch, who was performing his duty as AIG (CIV) at PHQ will take over the charge of SSP Jammu on 25 June.
