| Adarsh Dramatic Club pays rich tributes to Bhandari | | | Kishtwar, Sept 25 : Adarash Dramatic Club here today paid rich tribute to renowned social and political activist late Thakur Jugal Bhandari on the eve of this year annual Ram Leela Manch. Deceased Thakur Jughal Bhandari who died earlier this year played a pivotal role in organizing the "Ram Leela" in Kishtwar even during peak militancy period, when the fabrics of religious and communal was a the brink of collapse. While speaking on this occasion, several speakers said that the deceased in his whole life in the promoted message of Ram Chander which is based on peace and brotherhood. They said that Jugal Bhandari has also played active role in Ram Leela during his life time and played the role of Bharat, Sugriv, Yudhisthira on stage for several years and also played the role anchor of Adarash Dramatic Club Kishtwar highlighted the life of lord Ram until his Departure to the astral world. The representatives of the Adarash Dramatic Club said that the club has worked for peace and brotherhood from long time and will continue to do the same in the near future. The President Adarash Dramatic Club has also made a request to the District Administration to provide uninterrupted electricity during the Navratras Festival. This Year Ram Leela will officially started from tomorrow 26th of September and will conclude on 2nd October 2014, for which the timing has been fixed from 8 PM to 11 PM and the same will be organized in the premises of Ram Leela Ground Kishtwar. The Club has sent an open invitation to all the people of Kishtwar to make their presence during Ram Leela without any Caste, Color, Creed and religion for seeking the blessing of lord Ram, beside an opportunity to learn about Lord Ram's life. |
