| HC directive in petition about additional posts | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 25 : In a petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court seeking direction for accord of framing their service rules, enhancement of salaries as per the Apex Court resolution adopted in the Chief Justices' Conference in 2002 including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of a few additional posts, high court judge Dhiraj Singh Thakur granted four weeks time to respondents for filing response.
The judge gave the directive after hearing petitioner Joginder Singh in person. A time of four weeks was granted to the respondents to file their response. (JNF) |
