| HC judges' personal staff asks for CJ's intervention to redress grievances | | | Jammu, Sept 25 (JNF) : The members of J&K High Court Personal Staff Association have strongly condemned the alleged inaction on the part of High Court authorities in not acceding to their genuine demands despite repeated assurances. They requested HC Chief Justice to personally intervnene in the matter so that their grievances were redressed. The association vice-president Satinder Singh said that even daily wagers working in the high court were being made to function as Junior Assistants as no recruitment against these posts had been made. These posts were lying vanct since long, he added. He pointed out that in the absence of any rules guiding their service conditions, they, especially the gazetted officers, continued to be on one post for years together. |
