DDC submits reply before HC 9/27/2014 11:04:08 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Sept 27: Putting an end to the speculations of the functioning of the office of the Tehsildar in newly created Tehsil Marheen, DDC Kathua Dr Shahid Iqbal Chaudhary today informed that High Court of J&K while deciding Writ Petition OWP NO:1480/2014, CMA NO 2009/2014 titled Shiv Dev Singh & ors versus State & Ors, under which Justice Tashi Rabstan has directed the state government for establishing the headquarter of newly created Tehsil Marheen at Primary Health Centre quarters building at Marheen.
