| Jammu, Sept 27 : Three persons including district convener of Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party were booked for raping a minor girl in district Kathua. They were booked by Kathua police FIR U/S 376, 363/366, 366A, 34 RPC on the direction of District Court. As per reports, District Court of Kathua directed the Kathua police station to lodge the FIR against the district convener of JK National Panther Party Kuldeep Sharma (Suspended Patwari) along with two other accused namely Arun Kumar alias Aru s/o Joginder alias Jinder and Vicky Kumar s/o Joginder (Jinder) all are the residents of Ward.No.16 Kathua for outrageously raping a minor of 13 years of age of Shiva Nagar, Kathua on Saturday. The complaint against all three accused was lodged by the parents of victim girl. In a complaint lodged by Parveen Kumar (brother) and father Surti Lal it has been alleged that Arun Kumar along with his two associates one of which is JKNPP leader of Kathua have forcibly taken the girl at Macheddi to attend the meetings of the party, where taking the advantage of the innocence of the girl who was inclined towards one of the accused namely Arun, the complainants further alleged, the trio outraged her modesty. Based on the complaint, the Kathua court directed the police to lodge the FIR under sections 376,363,366,366A, 34 RPC against the culprits. |
