BJP workers stage protest against Govt failure

Jammu, Oct 4: Bhartiya Janta Party workers protested against state government for its alleged failure for launching vigorous relief and rehabilitation process in flood affected areas of state.
According to press release, BJP workers burnt the effigy of state govt in presence of Aditi Sharma at Channi Himmat on National Highway. Workers raised slogans against local MLA for disturbing Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Bhor Camp on birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
Large number of BJP workers assembled on National Highway at Channi Himmat and protested against govt for its failure to provide succor to flood affected people of state and not carrying relief and rehabilitation process on fast track. In presence of Aditi Sharma, workers burnt the effigy of state coalition govt running under leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. They also raised slogans against coalition govt for its callous attitude towards flood affected people of far flung areas.
Aditi Sharma while addressing the workers criticized the functioning of state govt and slow pace in distribution of relief and rehabilitation process. She said near about month have passed when deluge stuck in state. People who face wrath of flood lost everything thing in natural disaster, still waiting for adequate compensation, proper tents for shelter for their families.
Unfortunately state government has utilize only 400 cr despite Prime Minister Narindra Modi gave instruction to state govt to utilize 1100 crore for relief and rehabilitation process.
Criticizing the ruling coalition ministers and leaders for continous demand of special package for flood affected Jammu and Kashmir, Aditi Sharma said these leaders have no concern about the miseries of flood affected people, they just want to loot the public money for vested interests rather than using it flood affected families.
