Jammu, Oct 4 : Sarpanch Panchayat Hakkal Pardeep Kumar has expressed his gratitude to the Power Development Department for restoring power supply in 45 flood-affected villages of Phallain Mandal area.
Kumar along with Sarpanch Panchayat Sumbh Bishan Dass, Sarpanch Mandal Subash Chander and Chairman, Panchayati Adalat, Panchayat Sumb Raghubir Singh and Gulzar Singh Sarpanch Makwal also thanked the officials of Sub Transmission Division, PDD for restoring the power supply in the areas of Phallain Mandal in the stipulated time which were in complete darkness for the last almost one month. He said the PDD officials and employees worked round the clock and successfully managed to restore electricity in the area on October 2, thereby providing much-needed succour to more than 60,000 villagers. |
