| Husband killed, wife injured in car- bus collision | | | Jammu, Oct 4: One person died on spot while his wife sustained injuries in a head on collision between a maruti car and a bus on National Highway at Nagrota here today, police said.
According to police sources, "One Dalip Kohli s/o Shiv Charan Kohli of Main Market,Trikuta Nagar died on spot while his wife namely Arumina Kohli sustained serious injuries when the Maruti car they were travelling bearing registration number JK02AB/7934 had a head on collision with a bus bearing registration number JK02AR/4879 on National Highway at Nagrota. "The couple was on way to Jammu from Udhampur when the incident took place, sources said, adding, "police and locals shifted the injured to GMC Jammu where one of the injured i.e. husband was declared brought dead. Meanwhile Nagrota police have registered a case in this connection. |
