Kidnapped girls recovered from Banglore, Punjab, abductors held
Two abduction cases worked out

Jammu, Nov 5: In a major breakthrough the Samba Police exhibiting a sense of responsibility and dutifulness worked out two different kidnapping cases with the arrest of two abductors while rescuing the victims from the clutches of their abductors from Banglore and Punjab respectively.
According to, a police team headed by Inspector Mohinder Pal, Incharge PP Rakhambtali under the supervision Sr Superintendent of Police (SSP) Samba Anil Magotra and V P Singh, Dy. SP HQ Samba, succeeded in recovering the kidnapped girl Madhu Devi (name changed) from Bangalore -Karnataka.
Police said, "A Case against FIR No. 170/2014 u/s 366/109/376 RPC stands registered at Police Station Samba and police also have arrested kidnapper Kulwinder Singh alias Kala s/o Padam Singh r/o Rehian Samba, who had kidnapped the girl after offering her a spiked drink and later confined her in Bangalore (Karnataka) since 18/09/2014."
Police added that after recovery, both the girl & the kidnapper were brought back to Samba where girl was got medically examined and was also produced before the competent Court where her statement under section 164 Cr PC was recorded in which she narrated the whole incident.
"Thereafter, after completing legal formalities, the girl was handed over to her legal heirs, police said.
Meantime in another similar incident Samba police solved the kidnapping case by recovering kidnapped girl namely Katrina (name changed) from Sujanpur (Punjab) by Police Team headed by SHO P/S Bari-Brahmna under the supervision of SSP Samba and SDPO Bari-Brahmna. Police team also taking cognizance in a case FIR No. 119/2014 u/s 366/120-B RPC P/S Bari-Brahmna launched massive serach and arrested kidnapper namely Mintu Asda s/o Barku r/o Paharpur District Boka, Bihar, who kidnapped the said girl on 19/09/2014. The medical examination of the recovered was got conducted and handed over her legal heirs after completing legal formalities.
