| Sunny Nanda, Sahil Janjua in mens doubles excel, but lose finals to Egypt | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 5: Recently conducted international event at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium at New Delhi this international event was successfully hosted by the Indian federation of speedball in which 6 different countries came which were Egypt, Kuwait, Japan ,South Arabia, India, France etc . Players of J&K get to know many things and got a time to interact with the best players of the game and also to learn few skills and techniques which would help them In improving their game. The best match among these were the mens double match in which sunny nanda and sahil janjua represented Indian team and won in the battle ground by Kuwait but lost by two points in the finals with Egypt. Other players who all participated were happy that they got to know new things which were very useful for them and so they would practice it in the future. When the students arrived at Jammu railway station all the association board members reached the station to relish and motivate the students and also they gave their heartiest congratulations to the players for performing so well in the tournament. The medal winners are as follows Gold medalist Gurmanjeet. |
