Jammu, Nov 5: Kashmiri Pandit Conference(KPC) in a crucial meeting at New Delhi, while discussing over present political situation viza- viz elections in Kashmir valley, decided to vote and support to those candidates and political parties of the state, which would include following important demands of displaced KP community in their manifesto, promise and pledge that these demands would be supported by them in the state assembly and other forums in the state as well. The demands included one place re- settlement of displaced kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir valley with writ of Indian constitution,Abrogation of Article 370 is pre- requisite and pre- condition to KP,s return to Kashmir valley, over-aged KP youths to be provided with suitable financial package of rupees twenty five lakhs each to settle their business and other domestic affairs, un- employed KP youths to be appointed in central Govt departments and undertakings, like, railways, Banks, in come tax , custom& taxation and others, distress sale of displaced KP,s to be declared null and void, free medical treatment to all displaced KP,s suffering with fatal diseases in well- reputed hospitals in the country, three constituencies in - exile to displaced KP,s till resettled coslidatedly in the valley. Kundan Kashmiri president KPC appealed all political parties of the state in particular to BJP to include these demands in their manifesto and mitigate the other problems of this badly suffered KP community which will further motivate KP s to vote in their favor. |
