NCP files nominations for Bhaderwah, Kishtwar constituency | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 5: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) today fielded two candidates for Bhaderwah and Kishtwar constituency. According to press release, Thakur Randhir Singh said in a statement that Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) avows to be a party with difference. "It has made its presence felt in J&K in the last fifteen years since its formation. It has created a niche firmly rooted value based politics, highly balanced approach and reaching out to the remotest and neglected corners of the state", he said, adding that it was manifest in terms of cantors of the party's reach, which has mainly banked on fielding young, energetic, secular and motivated candidates to represent effectively the aspirations and desires of the people. Singh further said that state NCP has selected 15 young, dedicated, secular and highly qualified leaders of the party half from Jammu province and half from Kashmir valley to fight the forthcoming Assembly elections. Today in the first phase of the Assembly elections two youth leaders Bhori Singh a post graduate in English aged 29 years and Aizaz Hussain Naik a graduate from Kishtwar. Bhori Singh from Bhalessa has filed his nomination papers as a NCP candidate from Bhaderwah Constituency and Aizaz Hussain Naik filed his nomination papers from Kishtwar. |
