| Supporters of BJP leader ND Tripathi takes out road show | | |  Early Times Report
Billawar, Nov 5 : A big road show was organised here on Wednesday in which large number of BJP activists and supporters participated while appealing the BJP High Command to declare Narayan Dutt Tripathi as candidate from Billawar Constituency.
A large cavalcade of vehicles accompanied the road show which started from Balpur and after passing through Ramkot, Nagrota, Mandli, Phinter finally reached at Billawar.
People from all the communities including Hindus, Muslims, Gujjars etc. extended full support to Narayan Dutt Tripathi.The participants unanimously resolved that a dedicated ground level worker with clean image and having secular credentials should be given the mandate from Billawar constituency. Party workers cautioned the party high command against repeating their past mistakes during 1996, 2002 and 2008 elections by giving mandate to weak candidates.
People also shown their resentment and condemned the rumours that party is thinking of giving mandate to defeated and weak candidates and ignoring the deserving and genuine candidate.
They said if it happens it will be great injustice with BJP supporters and also with other candidate who is working so hard for the party.
People appealed to the party High Command including BJP President Amit Shah to consider candidature of BJP leader Narayan Dutt Tripathi from Billawar Assembly seat as he is a real soldier of BJP party who has arisen a ray of hope among people of area regarding BJP's Victory. |
