Independent candidate Naresh Sharma files nomination papers 11/29/2014 10:29:37 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Nov 29: Mission Kathua's candidate, Software Engineer Naresh Sharma today filed nomination paper for Kathua assembly constituency. Sharma said that Mission Kathua's vision is to make Kathua the first Information Technology (IT) City of J&K by introducing e-governance at Kathua civil Secretariat and making all kind of certificate such as State Subject, category certificate, income certificate etc as e-certificate. People should not go to office and can have these entire certificates at their doorstep just like one can have railway ticket at any internet café in their respective Mohalla. Apart from that Mission Kathua also emphasize all software of these e-certificate should and must be developed by Kathua's Software engineer thereby making Kathua the hub of IT activities at Kathua.
