Internal survey worried BJP as party unlikely to cross 15 seats mark | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 29: Notwithstanding tall claims of the party to achieve majority on its own, survey conducted by the BJP mentioned that party is not going to get more than 20 seats at any cost in Jammu and Kashmir. Credible sources in the BJP said that party has utilized service of a private agency which conducted a survey in the whole state. As per the survey conducted by the BJP itself the party is not going to get more than 20 seats of the assembly in the prevailing situation. Although BJP has deserted its "sacred" agenda of Article 370 and discrimination with Jammu region to appease the separatists and other anti-India group of Kashmir, the party is not going to get any seat from Kashmir Valley in the prevailing circumstances. Credible sources in the BJP said that party leadership is worried after outcome of the internal survey. This survey was conducted after phase of assembly elections so the party has decided to re-devise its strategy for the elections so that BJP would cross atleast 20 seats. Credible sources said that some strategist were imported from other parts of the country especially from Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh to ensure that party will get some respectable seats. These strategists have assigned the job to concentrate on those seats where BJP is number two. |
