HC directive to CS, Technical Edu Secy PIL seeking quashment of advt for adminission to 3 yr diploma courses 11/29/2014 11:28:06 PM Jammu, Nov 29 : In a PIL seeking quashment of the August 14, 2014 advertisement for admission to 3-year diploma courses, a High Court division bench of chief justice M M Kumar and Justice TashiRabstan today directed the chief secretary and the Technical Education Commissioner/Secretary to file objections.The advertisement was issued by secretary of J&K State Board of Technical Education whereby the provisional selection list of the candidates for admission to 3-year diploma courses against left over seats was issued after inviting applications from candidates and this selection process runs parallel and simultaneous to the selection process already initiated by BOPEE through entrance examination as the only authorized competent authority to conduct entrance and select the candidates for the said professional courses.
