R S Pura, Nov 29 : Sector HC BSF lndreshwar Nagar today organized blood donation camp. Blood donation camp was inaugurated by Mrs Deep Shikha Gurung and was presided over by Raiesh Kumar Gurung .DIG Sector HQ BSF lndreshwar Nagar Mrs Deep ShikhaGurung also donated blood during this camp 51 volunteers of different units of Sector HO donated blood Raiesh Kumar Gurung briefed about importance of blood donation and told that blood donation is a great humanitarian act to save life of a person who needs blood He told that some people may have mistaken idea that giving blood can involve some risk to them That is simply not true, giving blood does not weaken your system Dr K S Kumar, Commandant/CMO(SG) delivered lecture dunng the blood donation camp and told that it is a noble cause to save one's life He told that it is well said slogan that, KAR KE DEKHO, ACHHA LAGTA HAI. He told that blood donation is literally life donation There are many simple things that you can do to save some one's lite.
