Jammu, Nov 29 : Nationalist Congress party candidate GouravKapoor who is also youth wing President, today filed his nominations paper before the returing Officer 71- Gandhi Nagar. Briefing the press state NCP Chief Thakur Randhir Singh said the NCP has given preference to well educated, young, secular and dynamic candidates to contest elections. State NCP has demanded in the party's manifesto creation of 20 Km border corridor inside Indian side from Lakhanpur , Kathua to Hiranagar , Samba ,Arnia to Akhnoor to Poonch, Uri , Kargil , Zanskar ,Nobra valley , Khardungla and Chushul in Ladakh near Panong lake on the LOC, Ceasefire line and International border that should be declared special zone to be developed. |
