Jammu, Dec 9 : Intensifying his election campaign, Surinder Singh Shingari said that he prefer service of the people than a 'rude and then emotionless politics'. He said that Jammu west is my family and so he has never used politics as a tool to divide the people of the constituency. "If we divide the people from the core of their hearts than it is not going to benefit the society at large, he said. "Development is not something which can be defined apart from brotherhood. In absence of a sense of ground work and brotherhood, there can never be development and peace. I have never attempted to play divisive party politics in my constituency. This is my family and welfare of a family lies in its strong bonds taught by our great Indian culture. No one can serve his people while dividing them at the same time just for party politics" he said.
