"Pujari made all of us to sit together in his office. Someone took the advantage of the situation and clicked photographs and after cropping everyone else circulated the pictures through social networking sites viz Whatsapp and face book with the caption Congress, BJP Secret Meeting, "the complainant said. "The purpose of the visit was purely religious and spiritual one, but someone has named this event as secret political meeting between Congress and BJP," he said. "First the picture was posted in Whatsapp group Jammu East then second group Esteemed Members of Chamber' and later the same was uploaded on facebook," Sawhney said. Based on the complaint, the court observed, "Heard the complainant and perused the contents of the complaint.
