JAMMU, Dec 9: Poor response was shown by Kashmiri migrants in the third phase of polling today as out of over 19000 registered migrant voters in 16 Assembly segments of Valley that went to polling today only 4607 exercised their franchise.
The cumbersome voting procedure is being given one of the main reason by displaced Pandits for the poor response to voting who also accused the present Union Government of not simplifying the procedure.
