| Bhalla asserts to continue development work in Gandhi Nagar constituency | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 4: Former Minister, two times MLA and senior Congress leader Raman Bhalla said that the rhythm of development will continue in the Gandhi Nagar constituency and all the issues related to the people will be redressed on priority basis after consultation from the concerned authorities. He said this while addressing a large gathering of party workers and supporters in Barjala and Azad Nagar area of Gandhi Nagar constituency here today. Bhalla expressed gratitude to those who supported him from the start of the campaigning to the polling booth. Bhalla added that the Congress has shown the way in the execution of mega projects like roads, hydro-power, colleges, schools and hospitals, in a time bound manner, in addition to providing efficient, credible and pro-people governance to the state. He added that the remarkable works has been done by Congress which has benefited the common masses to get their problems solved at their door steps."I have a dream of making a modern and progressive Gandhi Nagar constituency and to cherish this dream I will continue to work despite defeat in the recent assembly elections", Bhalla said, adding that "My doors are always open for the people and I will leave no stone unturned to redress the plight of the people related to development". |
