| Trauma hospital for Kishtwar demanded | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Jan 8: Expressing sympathies with the aggrieved family of a woman who got killed in a tragic accident in Marwah of the Kishtwar, senior Congress leader Shamsher Singh Bhandari demanded immediate construction of a Trauma Hospital at Kishtwar so that the lives of the innocent people be saved.
In a press statement issued today, District Congress Leader Bhandari said Kishtwar District had witnessed several accident in last one decade leaving over one thousand people dead and many crippled and the lives of the innocent people could have been saved in case there had been a state of arts Trauma Hospital at Kishtwar. He urged upon the concerned authorities to sanction a Trauma Hospital in Kishtwar for the welfare of the people. He also alleged that shortage of staff in District Hospital (DH) Kishtwar is also taking toll of health care in district. Meantime Bhandari extended its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members of the deceased woman and prayed to God to give her eternal peace to the departed soul. He also demanded 5 lakh compensation in favor of the deceased woman and prayed for speedy recovery of those injured in Marwah accident today.
