mendhar, Jan 8: Residents of three Mendhar wards, which are without drinking water for the past one week, held a demonstration against PHE department here today. There has been no supply of drinking water to ward No 4, 5 and 8 of the town for the past one week, according to protesters. They said when despite repeated requests to the authorities concerned to restore the drinking water supply failed, they were forced to hold a demonstration against the PHE department. They warned to intensify their agitation in case the potable water supply was not restored at the earliest. |
