JU VC awards gold medals to students 1/8/2015 11:29:54 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 8 : JU VC today awarded Gold Medals to the students who were not able to attend 14th convocation. Chetna Singh Tara was awarded a gold Medal for securing the first position in Bachelors of Physiotherapy during the session 2004-2010 and Randeep Singh for securing first position in Department of Mathematics during the session 2005-07 . It is worthwhile to mention here that these students were not able to attend 14th Convocation and were being awarded Gold Medals by Prof R D Sharma, Vice-Chancellor as per the statutes. Prof. Sharma congratulated the Gold Medalists for the remarkable achievement and hoped that they will achieve greater heights in their respective fields.
