Common people in Kashmir face difficulties for essential services: Prof Soz 1/8/2015 11:34:25 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Jan 8: Prof. Saifuddin Soz, President J&K Pradesh Congress Committee faced traffic Jam at Singhpora-Pattan where hundreds of angry people had blocked the road for removal of their hardship due to extreme scarcity of drinking water. Prof. Soz sorted out the problem with Muzaffar Lankar Chief Engineer PHE who assured him that the problem would be resolved very soon. Meanwhile, adequate quantity of water would be provided through water tankers. Later Prof. Soz learnt that the problem was actually related to Power Supply. He (Prof. Soz) expressed anxiety that the essential coordination among various departments was missing and the result was that common people were suffering.
