Jammu, Feb 8: Agriculture Department today organized farmer's training cum awareness camp at Zone Pounichak block Marh at Village Flore Haramkund. Agriculture Extension Officer, Sanjeev Mishra addressed farmers about the timely application of weedicide and fungicide. Sanjay Moza, Jr. Agriculture Extension Officer advised farmers to spray timely "Propiconazole" 25ml in 25 liter of water per Kanal for controlling yellow rust in wheat crop. Jatinder Singh, ReZ told farmers to avail Kissan Credit Card loan facility which will help them to buy agriculture inputs like seed, fertilizer, weedicide, fungicide and other farm implements. Panch Somnath of Flore village appreciated work of field functionary of the agriculture department and assured full cooperation from farmers of the village. |
