PK lambasts Dr. Abdullah for unconditional talks PAK | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 15: Kashmir expresses surprise over the remarks of former Chief Minister and NC President Dr. Farooq Abdullah favouring unconditional talks between India, Pakistan and all stakeholders in Kashmir for the resolution of Kashmir issue. In a meeting of Panun Kashmir held in Jammu to take the stock of the situation in J&K, the President of Panun Kashmir V K Bhat advised former Chief Minister from restraining himself from such mischievous statements which are misleading and vague. The party President said that these pseudo secular and pseudo-nationalists always act contrary to the decision taken by Central govt. Panun Kashmir Convenor Ravinder Jalali reminded Dr. Abdullah that the Kashmir problem is not a political problem as projected by him and Hurriyat but is a communal problem based on the extension of two nation theory of which Pakistan is a part. The Abdullahs by giving such statements are only toeing the line of Pakistan and those who are anti-Nationals. The Convenor said that Abdullahs must remember that NC has lost its relevance in Kashmir affairs the day his father Sheikh Abdullah accepted the Chief Ministership of the state in 1975 against the mass expectations of the people of Kashmir expecting the Sheikh Abdullah as the Prime Minister of Kashmir. It is rhetoric on the part of Abdullahs, separatists and pseudo nationalists to suggest for holding talks with all the stake holders to Kashmir Issue without naming the stake holders, which is misleading and vague. They should come clear about who are the stake holders and it cannot be only a section of a few affluent Kashmiri Muslims and separatists. The only stakeholders who are genuine and most important are Kashmiri Pandits who are the aborigines of Kashmir. |
