LMD imposes Rs 20000 fine on traders 12/15/2016 11:15:05 PM Early Times Report Ramban, Dec 15: Continuing its drive to safeguard the interests of consumers, a team of legal metrology department (LMD) Ramban led by Assistant Controller conducted extensive market checking at Sangaldan, Gool, Chanderkot, Rajgarh, Batote and Ramban. A total of 33 earring traders were booked for violations of various provisions of weights, measures Act and fine of Rs. 20, 000 was imposed on spot.
