PDP leaders play Rohingya card to hide 'failures'
Issue provocative statements to divert attention
2/27/2018 12:29:02 AM
Early Times Report
srinagar, Feb 26: After its nepotism in the governance and dynastic politics has been exposed, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leadership is now brazenly indulged into playing religious and regional politics to befool the innocent Kashmiri masses.
As this party has nothing to highlight as its three years achievements except adjusting and accommodating family members, the 'failed' PDP has now decided to rake sentiments of the people on emotive issues to divert their attention towards prevailing mis-governance and anarchy in the system.
The way PDP leadership is brazenly playing divisive and parochial politics on Kathua murder and alleged rape case on a minor girl has authenticated the allegations that party leadership has decided to openly play up such emotive issues to befool the people.
Despite being part of the government, there is competition among PDP leaders give provocative statements on that heinous crime to rage peoples' anger against one particular community.
Credible sources in the party said that PDP leadership has decided to play soft-separatism on the one hand and to play religious card on the other hand to keep peoples' attention away from recent recruitment scandals and complete failure of the government to deliver.
PDP leadership has realized that government has failed on all fronts and except corruption and nepotism party has nothing to highlight as its achievements so party, as part of its strategy, has decided to play religious and regional cards to befool residents of Kashmir Valley and some areas of Jammu region.
Not only party is playing religious card on Kathua case but the party leadership is also playing similar card on Rohangiyas settlement in Jammu. Instead of behaving like a mature party, which is ruling a sensitive state like J&K, PDP leadership is playing dangerous game on these foreigners settled in Jammu.
